People don’t read the announce and then are unhappy things that are already stated, like location of the pick up.
In the contract and announce the deposit it’s mention and you’ve to mention and ask for it again.
They expect it to be pick up as soon as they arrive, even if the checkin time it’s much later. I usually facilites that, but if there is a other people checking out on the same day I can’t obviously do

El sitio de recogida, se encuentra a 20 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto (es otro pueblo).
Cuando llegamos a recoger la furgo nos recibió Orlando, con quien nos entendimos en español, y nos facilitó su número. Pero el día de la devolución estaban otros familiares que solo hablaban portugués. Hubiese estado bien conocer a Andreia.
Tened cuidado porque las gasolineras cierran los domingos y no aceptan todas las tarjetas.

La furgo es preciosa y fácil de conducir.
Ángel muy agradable y atento. Nos facilitó acercarnos a Palma en vez de al aeropuerto tras la devolución.
