El alquiler fue bien hasta el momento de la recogida de la autocaravana, para empezar la limpieza era inexistente, bolsa de basura, el suelo sucio, la ducha sucia, comida perecedera que pretendían dejar, pero el colmo fue cuando miro el baño y veo que esta manchado de excrementos, me parece de una falta de respeto increíble, y después me percatado que un cierre de una ventana esta roto, le comentó que voy a retener la fianza y el procedimiento a seguir y entonces empieza a dar explicaciones diciendo que eso estaba así, que ellos no han abierto la ventana, complicado para llevar 18 días de alquiler, en fin no volvería a alquilar mi autocaravana a estas personas.

I regret to share a highly disappointing experience with this renter that significantly marred our otherwise enjoyable trip. Communication with the owner during drop-off was virtually impossible, as he failed to provide a translator, unlike during the pickup. The owner's demeanor and refusal to acknowledge pre-existing damage, previously acknowledged at drop-off, left us frustrated. Signing a document in a language I couldn't comprehend, coupled with the demand to leave a €600 deposit. We do acknowledge an oversight in not cleaning the toilet bowl, and we sincerely apologize for that lapse. The excessive noise from the inverter, and other inconviniences were additional grievances. This formal complaint is not intended to nitpick but reflects our overall disappointment with the drop-off experience. I would avoid this owner!
