Joanna was lovely and communicated well prior to and during the rental. The van is an old van but is well equipped and everything worked ok although only one ring on the hob worked properly.
There is no heater on the van but Joanne provided extra blankets which were needed on chilli nights in March. The van ran very well with no problems during the 11 nights of hire
The toilet/shower room had a drainage smell which was a little unpleasant
