​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Une expérience Parfaite ! ​Nous avons loué ce van 2 places et nous avons été conquis. L’aménagement intérieur est vraiment magnifique, très chaleureux et bien pensé. ​Le van est fourni avec un kit complet, vraiment prêt à l'usage, ce qui facilite grandement le voyage. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est présent, et la possibilité de prendre une douche est un vrai plus très appréciable. Nous avons également bien profité de la table et des chaises extérieures pour nos moments de détente. ​ Une location parfaite que je recommande vivement pour une escapade en toute liberté !

Nous avons passé un we sympa grâce au véhicule conforme à notre souhait, animal accepté. La prise en main s’est très bien faîtes et restitution ok.Le propretaire est bienveillant, explications données sur le fonctionnement des différents appareils et les modalités de restitutions. Tout était claire. Je le recommande idéal pour un long we.

Je recommande vivement ce locataire. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin. Il a pris grand soin du véhicule, a respecté les consignes et les horaires, et la communication a été fluide et agréable tout au long de la location.J'ai retrouvé le véhicule propre et en excellent état. C'est une personne sérieuse, respectueuse et digne de confiance. Je n'hésiterais pas une seconde à lui relouer mon véhicule ! 😀

Expérience au top avec le van de Cyril ! Le van est super bien aménagé et confortable, conforme à l'annonce. On y a passé une semaine et on s'est sentis très à l'aise au quotidien dans le van;)Cyril était très disponible et réactif et a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait le van:)Je recommande vivement !

Dear Indie Campers,Our rental vehicle has experienced repeated battery failure issues, resulting in a bad experience.Mechanic assistance was needed, confirming we were paying for a damaged battery and that we would need various help from neighbouring campervans to be able to start in the morning.We  experienced two separate situations where the engine would not start in the morning due to a drained battery, which happened during the checkin process. We were informed at the time that the problem had been “fixed” or handled. However, it is now clear that the issue was not properly resolved before the vehicle was handed over to us.The vehicle was therefore not reliable nor in the expected condition for a road trip rental.**Additionally, when we mentioned this to customer service during our trip, their first reaction was to put the blame on us, rather than trying to understand what happened and how to fix it. A very frustrating experience with a constant passive aggressive tone that, once again unfortunately degraded our experience with you. (Whereas we explained that the issue happened during checkin, under your supervision...).Beyond the battery issue itself, the pickup experience was also highly unsatisfactory:the check-in agent provided almost no proper explanation regarding the vehicle;basic functionalities were not correctly demonstrated;the agent even confused the gas opening system with the water drainage system;he was unable to properly explain where the electrical connections were located.Beyond that, we also had to contact your customer service another time, before checkin, as the online service required us to pay again for a location we already paid for on Yescapa. We had to contact you again as it took two times to correct that issue.  We know that this last element is negligible but it added to a constant proof of mistrut on your end that we would really hope to see change, mostly for future customers (though it is currently hard for us to recommend Indie Campers to fellow travelers).**To conclude, we travelled in Scotland with a vehicle that:failed multiple times in 10 days,created constant uncertainty regarding whether it will start again,and significantly impacts both our safety and our ability to enjoy the trip we paid for.We did not receive any partial reimbursement or compensation for renting defective equipment that materially affected our trip from their part. We do not recommand Indie Campers for a Scottish van trip. Kind regards,
