We just had our best camper rental experience :)

Alex and Lizzy were the most helpful and responsive hosts. The first thing they did was to create a WhatsApp group for us all, so we could ask any questions and coordinate in the most effective way :)

The whole hands-on experience was very smooth - they provided us with the document thoroughly explaining all of the ways to get to them from the airport, went through the car functionality and equipment, and even brought us to a supermarket and took care of the van while we were shopping (there was no parking around).

During the trip they kept being responsive and helpful, providing us with destinations according to our interests, and swiftly answered the questions we had. 

So was the hands-off experience - it was really brief and effective.

Regarding the vehicle - it's a WV California, which in our opinion is the best camper for two ever. It's large enough for any camping activities and small enough to go into cities and even on most underground parkings. It was fitted with everything we could possibly need for the trip - kitchenware, bedding (for a few more euros), etc.

It was sparking-clean when we got it, and (unlike our other rental experiences) Alex insisted that we don't need to clean it before the return - and it really saved our last day :))

In short - if we come visit again, we know exactly where we rent a camper. 11 out of 10!

Nuestra experiencia en furgo ha sido maravillosa. Una gran parte de ello es gracias Lizi y Alex que son geniales. Desde el primer momento en el que contactamos con ellos han sido super atentos y amables. ¡Ha sido un gustazo conocerles! El primer día nos enseñaron con máximo detalle la furgo, nos proporcionaron un listado de todo el material que tienen, y también estuvieron pendientes de cómo iba todo. En fin, ¡no se puede pedir mucho más! Sólo darles las gracias y recomendar a todas las personas que visiten Catalunya y/o alrededores que escojan esta opción. 

La furgo está en perfectas condiciones y muy bien equipada, ¡no le falta de nada! Realmente ha sido un placer conducir y vivir en ella. ¡Es una perfecta casa sobre ruedas para disfrutar de las mejores vacaciones! La cama es muy cómoda, la vajilla tiene todo lo necesario y ¡te lo dan todo listo para arrancar! Las fotos del perfil son reales, la furgo es preciosa por dentro y por fuera.

Muchísimas gracias de nuevo, ¡ha sido un placer!

We had an amazing experience!! The camper van was equipped with everything, Lizi and Alex thought about every little detail!! They were available for any doubts we had as well, very friendly couple!

We were travelling with two small children (5 and 2), and it was comfortable for all of us, and easy enough to set things up that we managed to do it even when the kids kept badgering us to “hide in the super high bed”. Our oldest was actually disappointed to go back to her normal bed back home 😂

We highly recommend it and we are going to rent it again for sure!!

Alex and Lizzi were wonderful, and took time to explain everything in detail before our rental started. Their van is in perfect condition - so well taken care of it looks straight out of the shop! They also provided lots of extras that made our rental perfect - from card games to blankets, fairy lights and mosquito repellent. 
The van is perfect for a long weekend getaway. We chose to sleep on the top bed, and although the mattress seemed very thin, it was surprisingly comfortable and fresh. There's good storage for clothes/food (including a small hanging wardrobe and a big drawer) and we even managed to put our huge suitcase in the boot! The battery is amazing and we were able to overnight a couple of times without (plug-in) electricity using only about 10-20% of the battery (even charging laptops, phones, lights on, etc). The battery then charges itself again during the drive. 

I would definitely suggest requesting the portable WC as an extra if you plan on parking outside of campsites.
The van is also delightful to drive. The automatic gearbox, parking camera and sensors made my first time driving a van super easy! 

Alex and Lizzi were lovely, super attentive throughout the rental and were very eager to hear our feedback at the end. We would 100% rent from them again to continue touring Cataluña! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
