• Upon booking, you'll receive comprehensive information and instructions on our camper and how to prepare for your road trip. This includes an in-depth instructional video that you can refer back to at any time.

• If you ever need more assistance or advice, we're available before, during, and after your journey via our phone line, emergency center, or simply through WhatsApp. You can also check out the instructions on our website. www.leavv.com/

• With the LEAVV charging cards, you'll receive three different cards for charging across Europe during your road trip. The cost for using these cards is a one-time fee of €9.50 to cover the acquisition and monthly fees of the cards. Charging costs are calculated afterward based on the kilometers driven. Since charging costs vary significantly by country, provider, and charging station, and are often debited from our account months after a charging session, we use an average price of €0.21 per kilometer driven. This amount is reconciled afterward.

• At LEAVV, we want to offer you the freedom to enjoy your adventure. That's why we include 2,500 free kilometers. We've found that most of our renters don't exceed this limit. However, if you do go over this distance, there's a fee of €0.20 per extra kilometer to account for increased maintenance, insurance, and depreciation costs of the e-camper. This fee will be processed after your booking.

• We offer a range of additional products that can make your trip even more convenient. We'll get in touch with you about these options.

• Please note that not all LEAVV locations offer parking for your car, and opening hours may vary.

• Pickup and drop-off hours: Sunday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, closed on Saturdays.
